Choosing the cheapest price
you see isn't a guarantee you'll pay the least. Here's an overview of
a few of the most common booksellers and their shipping charges:
- slowest shipping shown;
higher prices apply for courier or express shipping
- prices are approximate,
as are shipping times
- shipping prices consist
of a base price + a price per item (may be higher for non-books)
Other ways to
get it cheaper:
- Check our
coupons, you may score $5-$20 off your purchase at a particular
bookseller!
- Make sure you search
the online used bookstore, Alibris.com.
They have a huge selection, but work just like other online booksellers,
with online inventory and fast shipping.
- Prices for
Chapters.ca are listed in Canadian funds, so they look more expensive,
but may sometimes be cheaper! Similarly, watch the prices for Amazon.co.uk.
- The Akhet-Aten Bookshop
doesn't guarantee to have a link to the cheapest price available (though
we try), so you can investigate further using our Other
Resources for Finding Books. For example, AllDirect.com
often has cheaper prices but a much smaller selection for the sort
of specialised books this page deals with.
